HECKMONDWIKE Cycle Speedway come up against Stockport at Heckmondwike's Firth park track.
With perfect track conditions and good weather, the racing was close all the way through, with Stockport's strong team taking the lead by the halfway mark by only two points.
With Hecky's Pawel Idziorek scoring a maximum, the end result saw Stockport win the match by a narrow margin, 79-71.
In the under-13s, Heckmondwike's Tom Whitwam scored maximum points with Will Naylor just two points behind, taking the juniors to a 52-24 victory.

Heckmondwike travel to Newcastle on Sunday for their last race of this season.
