YORKSHIRE'S Ladies are seeking to retain the Waterloo Cup when they play Shropshire at Waterloo Bowling Club in Blackpool on Saturday.

This is the fifth year the white rose side have made it to the 'Waterloo', losing in the County Championship final in 2012 to South Yorkshire and winning the supplementary title in the Waterloo Cup in 2011 and 2113.

Shropshire have an equally impressive record, winning the County Championship last year and the Waterloo Cup in 2012 – all of which points to a closely-contested final. Support for Yorkshire would be very welcome.
