BRADFORD Dragons have re-signed stalwarts Vance Silcott and Rihards Sulcs.
Silcott, who originates from the West Indies, is the club's longest-serving player and is now entering his seventh season with the Dragons, while Sulcs is about to start his sixth campaign.
Latvian forward Sulcs is a tough, fast player who works hard for the ball but is also a high-flier, with a spectacular slam-dunk finish.
Silcott has also been a key ingredient in Bradford's success as they have gained promotions from English Basketball League Division Three into Division One in successive seasons.
Club chairman Stuart Culliford is thrilled to have Silcott back on the roster for the 2014-15, saying: "As a veteran player, Vance is both a soldier and a leader on court, who delivers week in, week out."
Dragons head coach Chris Mellor added: "I am really pleased that both Vance and Rihards have committed themselves to another season with the Dragons.
"They have both enjoyed an incredible journey with the club and have demonstrated an unsurpassed level of loyalty.
"Both players have been instrumental in our rise through the divisions and are invaluable members of our basketball community."
The Dragons tip-off their season this weekend with a home double-header at Bradford College Sports Hall on Trinity Road.
They play Manchester Magic on Saturday (6.15pm) in the National Trophy, followed by a National Cup first-round fixture against Sefton Stars the following day (4.15pm).
