Another rain-disrupted morning for Yorkshire
1:01pm Friday 13th July 2012 in Yorkshire By Chris Parrott
Rain has again disrupted proceedings on day three of Yorkshire’s LV= County Championship match with Hampshire.
Just 45 minutes of action were possible during the morning session at The Ageas Bowl before an early lunch was taken at 12.50pm.
During that time, the Tykes lost Gary Ballance for 19, when he was brilliantly caught by Liam Dawson at second slip off James Tomlinson.
At the interval, Joe Root was unbeaten on 59, with Anthony McGrath on five.
When play is able to resume, Yorkshire will be on 103-4.
