YORKSHIRE are on course for their tenth LV= County Championship win of the season as they pursue 304 to beat Hampshire at the Ageas Bowl.
Andrew Gale and Jack Leaning have recovered the champions from 37-3 this morning to reach tea at 186-3 after 60 overs.
The fourth-wicket pair have shared 149 inside 49 overs, and they will resume afterwards needing 118 more.
Gale was dropped at second slip on 35 before reaching 50 off 99 balls.
Leaning followed his skipper to that milestone off 109 balls.
Gale will resume this evening on 83 and Leaning on 58.
