Cowling booted out of 'Cowling'

Cowling Seconds have been eliminated from the semi-finals of the Cowling Cup.
At an executive committee meeting of the Mewies Solicitors Craven and District Cricket League held tonight, it was found that they had played an ineligible player in their third-round tie with Wilsden Seconds, who have been reinstated and will play Oakworth Seconds.
In the semi-finals on Sunday, July 19 (2pm), Oakworth will play Wilsden at Sutton and Pendle Forest Seconds will play Crossflatts Seconds at Skipton CI.
