Harehills were unable to repeat their batting feat of the previous week as they narrowly lost to leaders Attock Sweet Centre in the latest round of West Riding Sunday Council fixtures.
A stunning total of 327 for seven against Prajapati was the season’s highest to date but Harehills could only manage a disappointing 120 all out this weekend.
The mid-table side still gave Attock a scare when they replied but Junaid Butt’s 61 not out edged the pace-setters home with one wicket to spare.
Third-placed Shaadi Cards almost matched Harehill’s massive 327 as the beat First by 144 runs.
Shoukat Ali (68) Tariq Mahmood (65no), Muhammed Mansha (53) and captain Tanveer Akbar (50) top-scored in their 321 for six.
Maqsood Ali (53) then helped the visitors to a face-saving 177 before they were all out.
Second-placed Kashmir won by five wickets at struggling Prajapati, despite another captain’s innings from Pritesh Mistry (56).
Mohammed Jamil (61) and Asif Ayub (55) led the way for Kashmir as they eased past Prajapati’s 166 all out.
A total of 126 all out was never going to be enough for West Bowling Attock against Manningham’s attack.
But they did at least make it tough for their opponents, who scraped home with two wickets in hand.
Azeems enjoyed a comfortable four-wicket win over local rivals AMCC, who were all out for 163.
