Naveed Anwar inspired Harehills to an eight-wicket rout of Prajapati as they stepped up their West Riding Sunday Council title quest.
A spell of five for 28 from Anwar helped dismiss Prajapati for 77 and Harehills reached their target with little bother, leaving them second at the halfway stage of the season.
They also have two games in hand on leaders Azeems, who beat Kashmir by 75 runs in their latest encounter.
Kashmir had been buoyed by a good win against former champions AMCC the previous week but were all out for 78 in response to Azeems’ 153, which included a top knock from Talib Hussain (63no) supported by Zulfiqar Ali (42).
In-form Walid Akhtar cracked 75 in AMCC’s 118 total but West Bowling Attock crept home with three wickets to spare.
Euro Windows’ dismal season gets no better as their 103 all out was surpassed by Azad, who had five wickets still standing.
Khan’s match against United was abandoned due to the rain without a ball bowled in anger.
