Hull lucky not to be kicked out

I never thought Hull were going to get kicked out of the Challenge Cup.

I felt they'd get a fine and a slap on the wrist and it looks like that will happen.

There'd be too much uproar if they had been booted out all together, but it doesn't affect us.

We've got a home draw, which is all you can ask for and - after Cas on Sunday and then Leeds - we'll be concentrating on getting our spot in the semi-final draw by beating the Black and Whites.

People could argue Hull should have been dealt with more severely.

I know in other sports fielding an ineligible player would result in a club being thrown out. That's also the case in amateur rugby league.

I was talking to my mum about the whole Hull thing. She's the chairperson of Normanton Knights in the National Conference League and she said if it had happened there they would have got the boot completely.

In fact, that actually happened to a club in the National Conference last season and they were thrown out of the entire league.

But different governing bodies have different ideas and rules on these matters.

Glenn Morrison has been getting a little carried away since the sun came out.

He turned up at our game against Catalans in these dancing shoes, which were probably the worst anyone has ever seen.

We thought it was Jimmy Nail when he walked through the door with these crocodile shoes on his feet - they were that bad!

He knows what he was doing though and loves it all really. He ended up with the pink t-shirt in training and tried digging himself out of a hole by telling possibly the worst joke ever told as well.

I won't bore you with it. It goes on for a long while and the punch line well, I don't think there was one!

Morro finished up achieving a Bulls first though - he got made to wear the pink t-shirt again the next day for his sins!

I do hope Chris heals well after breaking his collarbone, but i after say it's probably a blessing. other spineless Bulls players include, Finnigan. Tupou. Kopczak. Solomona. And sadly Halley just isn't good enough. The Bulls only a few years ago were a fearsome outfit. As long as Bradford keep recruiting 2nd class players i fear the Bulls are going to end up a mid table team with attendancies to match!!

Disagree with Finnigan and Halley, the rest is 100% spot on.
