Jamie Langley column: The coaches decided to put their hands in their pockets to take us paint-balling this week.
Well, we're a bit suspicious about whether they did actually pay themselves but it turned out to be a great day.
It's good to get away from rugby sometimes and the lads really got stuck in.
It all went downhill pretty much before the game even properly started - you're supposed to wait until the officials start it off but everyone was firing early and Basil Richards copped a few beauties! The gloves were off.
Lee St Hilaire actually did have his gloves off. He's an inexperienced paint-baller and thought he was a big tough man not wearing any.
A couple of the seasoned pros told him it wasn't a wise move but he didn't listen and paid the price with some big hits to his hands.
Anyway, we had a laugh and there was a few more last weekend when he had a team do' in fancy dress.
Chris Nero's been back in pink since then following his antics that night. He actually decided to get changed halfway through the evening because he wasn't happy with his outfit. He even went and bought a razor from a shop to have a shave! We thought that merited him donning his pink top in training again.
It's back to Hull on Sunday for KR after the KC last week.
It was really tough there and we're expecting the same again. It's never easy in Hull and the crowds get behind them big time.
I think in towns where there's no really big football clubs, like Hull and Cas, rugby tends to dominate and the fans are really passionate but ours were fantastic themselves at the KC last Friday and made a big difference.
We're hoping to see you all again there when hopefully we can continue this winning run.
Hull KR have some great individuals and are a really dangerous outfit, especially on their own turf.
