Jamie Langley column:I'm in for my knee op today and fingers crossed there won't be too much trouble.

I actually first did the injury during pre-season training in November. I've put it off and put it off, thinking it wasn't too bad, but then over on the hard grounds in Perpignan, I suffered something similar and it just flared up straight away.

I'm going to see a hip specialist next week to see if he can get to the bottom of these other problems I've been having.

Hopefully it won't be too long before I'm out playing again, though, but it is frustrating.

It was hard watching in France, especially when Morro came off, then Platty and then Chris (Nero) as well.

I sat on the bench thinking, we're going to need a really special play to win this one'.

But Deacs bobbed up with just that and helped produce one of the best finishes I've ever seen.

It was a great victory against all the odds, and now we're looking at backing it up against Warrington.

They are one of the form sides so far and have a lot of firepower but we know what we must do against them and we're confident we will.

We've got Toulouse in the Challenge Cup - which could be the game I'm back for - and that's a funny one because we don't know much about them.

What we do know is they are aiming for a Super League franchise, so they'll be seeing this match to really showcase what they're all about.

Toulouse will want a massive result against us to prove they are worthy of a spot, so we won't be taking them lightly.

Leigh Beattie's lost a total of four-and-a-half pounds now on his slimming plan and that's despite all those baguettes he had in France.

By all accounts, our under-21s kit man Shaun Phelan has been following suit and slimming seems to be the latest fad sweeping through the club.

Matt James, meanwhile, has started his own diet consisting of hard-boiled eggs. He ate about 100 while we were in Perpignan. Nothing else!
