Revenge-seeking Bulls have vowed not to get caught cold for a second time by Catalans Dragons.

Steve McNamara's side head to Perpignan bidding to avoid an unwanted double against the French outfit on Saturday night.

They suffered a shock 29-22 defeat at home to the Dragons in March and Bulls hooker Ian Henderson admits the loss still rankles with them.

"We didn't play at our best the last time we played Catalans," conceded the Australian.

"Give them credit, they're a decent side, but they're not as good as people make out so losing last time was bad.

"We beat ourselves. They crept up on us really. We were warned about their individuals but we didn't take them into big consideration and we just didn't turn up on the day.

"Catalans did and they got us but we're not going to let that happen twice.

"If we put in a good performance over there we should be comfortable."

Bradford ran nine tries and 50 points past their opponents when they met in Perpignan last year and also vanquished the wooden spoonists twice at Grattan Stadium.

But the newcomers are a much better proposition in 2007 and could hit the play-off spots if they overturn the Bulls again at the weekend.

Henderson added: "Catalans were all right last year but they just had a few players who let them down.

"They are pretty strong across the board now, but as good as they are as a team, they have a lot of individuals like Adam Mogg and Stacey Jones, top quality players that can sting you."

Former Queensland centre Mogg has been a revelation since his move from Canberra Raiders.

Henderson continued: "I never came up against him back home but just from watching videos over here you can see he's destroying teams with his size, strength and power.

"We've just got to deal with him."

Victory at the Gilbert Brutus Stadium will keep the pressure on top two St Helens and Leeds but also do wonders for the Bulls' morale as they continue on the road to Wembley.

"After the Huddersfield loss we came back with a good win against Harlequins and have been talking about getting a bit of a roll on, especially coming up to a Challenge Cup quarter-final," Henderson said.

"We've got to keep that momentum going.

"It's Huddersfield in the cup next week and when you're going in with confidence, good form and winning, you are hard to beat.

"Another performance on Saturday night will help us achieve that."
