Well it’s the end of a long and hard season and we are desperate to end it on a high with a win against Huddersfield.

What has happened has happened this season and it’s just a case of taking stock and looking ahead to next year.

It’s a long way off yet but it will soon come around and we want to be going into pre-season on a high.

Also, a number of players are leaving the club after this weekend’s game and I think it would only be right to give them a good send-off.

The best way of doing that is by getting a win.

Jamie Langley, Michael Platt, Keith Lulia and Jobe Murphy all look like they are leaving the club.

Langers is obviously a Bradford legend and Platty is a bloke I’ve spent a lot of time with this year and got close to.

He’s a really good guy and I’m going to miss him.

I see him every single morning when we are meeting up to travel over to Bradford and I see him every single night on the way home.

I’m not too sure what he’s doing - I think he’s speaking to a couple of clubs - but whatever he does I wish him nothing but the best, and it’s the same for Langers, Keith and Jobe.

After this weekend’s game, we have a break of around six weeks.

Last season I decided to train all the way through to keep myself on my toes.

But this year, with the injuries I’ve had, I’m going to have a break from it all.

I’m going to take my grandad away for a week first to wherever he wants to go.

He’s just had a hip operation and is starting to feel better, so it will be good to get away with him.

I’ll also be having a bit of a blow-out with the lads and going a little crazy for a couple of nights.

But then you realise people are still working in their everyday jobs, so I’ll be going to the gym and keeping my fitness topped up, which is important.
