The RFL have all the information they wanted for almost a month & yet they haven't been able to sit down and make a decision.

The RFL just dont seem bothered. An emergency meeting could & should have been called at least 2 weeks ago. Players, coaches, Ground staff, Admin Staff, Supporters , Sponsors and most of all Mr Khan have been treated with contempt by RFL. Its a complete disgrace that the stakeholders in the Rugby League community have been treated in this way by the governing body. If the RFL wanted to they could meet tomorrow & make a decision so people knew where they stood, However they could have done that at anytime in last month and they haven't thought the issue worthy of doing so. If I was Mr Khan I'd tell them where to stick it & apply for membership of the RFU !!

Now that the board of the RFL have been satisfied that the OK bulls have jumped through sufficient hoops to allow the new company to be ratified as the the new owners of the Bulls. If the RFL are happy that their due diligance exercise has concluded that Mr Khan is a fit and proper person with the necessary financial support to own the club. They should surely now speed up the decision regarding the status of the new club. What more do they now require to make a decision. The majority of the other Super League teams, with one noticeable exception, can see the value of a properly structured Bradford Bulls to the competition. We the fans have proved that in terms of support both of the team on the pitch and off the field we are a Super League club. We the fans are not responsible for the previous boards financial mismanagement of this great club. We make a major contribution to other Super League clubs income and game day experience with our away support. Just ask anyone who was at the Giants game if we made a contribution to the atmosphere!!
The RFL should realise that their snails pace approach to this issue does little to enhance their reputation as the sports governing body. This constant drip feeding of information such as meetings to be called to discuss if a meeting needs to be called etc is straight from the " Yes Minister" guide to good governance. People's careers and livelihoods are at stake here so for goodness sake get on with it

Why is 11 days too long from club sale to being granted RFL membership? RFL bailed Bulls out massively with a loan & then by buying ground lease & then paying wages during administration. If it wasn't for them Bradford Bulls would have been liquidated. The old club walked away from £1.5m of debt. Khan has to prove he can afford to sustain a Super League club, what is wrogn with the RFL ensuring the same doesn't happen again? Many players aren't off contract until November providing they agree to transfer to the bew company, same goes for those with longer deals.

Kopczak left because he decided he didn't want to have his contract transferred. I'd say this was down to him seeing the Buls wereb't going to reach play offsor be in any finals for years. Others will follow too. Point the finger elsewhere. None of the Bulls mess is down to the RFL.

Can we now have a full & thorough investigation into the previous boards dealings and accounts?

Most of the player quotes I've seen show that the majority don't want to quit the Bulls.Whilst I agree with some of your points, I really think this prediction of a mass exodus is a bit wide of the mark Let's wait and see who jumps ship before we start the doom and gloom stuff. We got a new owner, Mick and his staff stayed on for nothing and want to be here next year, I think many of the players will want to be part of the new Bulls under Mick Potter should we stay in Super League. Lets look forward with a bit of optimism for a change.

Its not 11 days. They've had a detailed business plan for a month now. It can't have taken this long to read it, call a meeting & have a vote. Yes or No.

Peoples lives are hold. The future of one of the most senior clubs in the world RL is on hold. Why cant they call at meeting today & sort it out. Can't see what they're waiting for, they have all the information. It should be top of their agenda. Still we wait....

One way of avoiding things like this would be to spend what you an afford to spend and don't spend upto a salary cap and see that as a target. It's a limit not a target.

All other clubs should also take note of this fact too, the cap is a limit.

The club that exists now is not the club that existed pre administatration, this makes it a whole lot different to Wakefield last year.

Anyhow the longer this drags on the more likely the Bulls are to be in Super League next year, because it will become more and more impossible for any other team to step up and take their place in Super League the longer it drags on, so be thankful of things like that.

One other thing, with regards to making a decision about Bulls being in Super League next year, I'm sure other clubs who have been invited to apply for the Super League licence will have to be given time to make a case so we aren't just looking at one club here, we could be waiting on 3 or 4 clubs.

Shouldn't those clubs have been told at least a couple of weeks to apply. if they were looking at joining SL then they would have had most of the info in place & ready to submit anyway.

The RFL are just overcomplicating things. I appreciate things take time. but If they wanted to, they could call a meeting tomorrow morning & make a decision there & then. Can't believe they're still waiting for any more information to come in. All we need is a decision YES or NO.

It's only within the last week that the immediate future of the Bulls has been secured. It was heavily hinted that if someone came in an paid off all the Bulls debts they would be granted their place in Super League.

But as that didn't happen and all the previous debt has been wiped and will be liquidated with the previous club they haven't been in a position to take applications for a Super League licence.

Now we know the full details of how the Bulls have exited administration it appears that a mini licencing is going ot take place, so it is only fair that those willing to apply have the opportunity to put forward their case.

This might be frustrating but the Bulls being the cause of this problem aren't the ones who can demand anything in this senario.

TVOR. whatever has happened in the past has now gone. I know you want to keep dragging it up, but he people who mismanaged the club have gone. I know there's lots of questions still to be answered and future enquiries will deal that. All we want to now is what's going to happen NEXT year, not what has gone wrong THIS year.

There's going to be 14 teams in SL next year. The only question is will it be the Bulls, Fev, Leigh, Fax or somebody else.

Its not that difficult. The Bulls submitted a detailed plan 1 month ago. Halifax ,Leigh and Featherstone also had their SL bids looked at last season. Dont think any of them will have changed much. The RFL is supposed to be a full time organisation. Just what do they do on a daily basis. The number one priority for the past 2 weeks should have been to decide on the make up of the 14th team. Whoever it is is at disadvantage already compared to the other 13 teams. The longer it goes on the worse that situation becomes. All they need to do is get Wood, Solly & company to sit round a table & vote on it. Could be done in 1 hour. For some reason they seem to find reasons not to hold the meeting.

The majority of SL clubs have voted for the Bulls to stay in. They appreciate the Bulls bring revenue to the comp. Not heard anything from Fev, Leigh or Halifax about them even being interested in applying to join next season. They've probably got most of their part time squads signed up for 2013 anyway. Its just not practical for them to sign a full time squad in time for next season.

The RFL just need to sit down tomorrow and come to decision. No further information is going to come forward. I believe they have had all the info for at least 2 weeks anyway.

And before you start talking about the past & how Bradford Bull Holdings Ltd managed themselves, Just remember its irrelevant to this debate. The Question is who is the best option for the SL next Season. Is it OK Bulls, Fev, Leigh or Halifax? Would be interested though in who you think it should be & why.

Just as i thought guys. Viking was spot on about one of you having a peanut for a brain. I was spot on the about the other only being able to repeat over & over again about the previous owners faults.

Neither of you can come up with a single reason why any other club would have a better case than the Bulls for being in SL next season.

I'm suprised the RFL are still try to find a reason for not giving us the go ahead. We are clearly the best options & the decision should have & could have been made weeks ago
