Paul Sykes could be handed the vacant stand-off berth after being named in the Bulls’ 19-man squad for Saturday's home clash with St Helens.
Sykes has not featured for the first-team yet this season but is in contention to replace Jarrod Sammut, who serves a one-match ban.
Bradford are boosted by the return of Olivier Elima and Adrian Purtell and Jamie Langley is hoping to shrug off a rib injury and be passed fit.
Nick Scruton is sidelined with a shoulder problem, though, and there is no place in the squad for Phil Joseph.
Bulls squad: Addy, Bateman, Burgess, Crookes, Diskin, Elima, Har-greaves, Jeffries, Kearney, Langley, L'Estrange, Lulia, Manuokafoa, Platt, Pryce, Purtell, Sykes, Walker, Whitehead
