Bulls captain talks to students....

PUPILS taking part in the Foundation's 'Digital Me' programme heard from Bradford Bulls captain Leon Pryce during their session recently.

The programme aims to support young people in getting them work ready, which is achieved through topics including self-development, resilience and CV writing.

This term, the programme is supporting students from Buttershaw Business and Enterprise College. Former England and GB international star Pryce spoke to students about his career and the importance of resilience in everyday life.

Military memories at the Provident Stadium....

Unfortunately, the Foundation's heritage walk - which was due to be held at The Provident Stadium tomorrow - has been postponed.

The event is due to be rearranged in the near future, and will be held in partnership with Age UK Bradford and District and Alzheimer’s Society, with all funds raised equally split between the three charities.

Participants will have the opportunity to have a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium while learning about the history of Bradford Northern through photo collections, video footage and question and answer sessions.

Various artefacts and displays of military memorabilia will be on display, including kit from the early 1900s.

Refreshments and hot food will be available to purchase and Bulls first-team players will be in attendance. There will be various stalls and information stands showcasing community groups and services.
