KIEREN Moss admits he cannot wait to run out at Odsal for the first time in Sunday's crunch visit of Batley.

The Bulls full back recently joined Rohan Smith's side on a deal until the end of 2017 and made his debut in last weekend's win at Workington.

He was rested for the midweek success at Oldham but will return to the side for Sunday's pivotal showdown against the Bulldogs.

Victory for Bradford would see them leapfrog John Kear's men up to third in the Championship table and Moss is itching to make his first appearance at the famous old ground.

The 22-year-old Aussie said: "Odsal is a great stadium. The crowd are awesome and always get behind the team, so it's going to be really exciting to play my first game there.

"When we lost to Dewsbury, I think we dropped from third to fifth, so it shows how tight the Championship is.

"That keeps everyone on their toes and makes you want to work harder to stay up in the top four. After a good win at Oldham on Wednesday, it has given us confidence.

"I'm well aware of how dominant the Bulls were and there are plenty of Aussies who have been big players here too. That is Rohan's mission and his sole focus is to get Bradford back into Super League where we belong."

Moss was satisfied with his debut at Workington last week and said: "It's tough footie over here and the guys don't muck around.

"Everyone wants to win and nothing is going to come easy, so you have to work hard for everything."

Moss was coached by Smith at Penrith Panthers and played alongside Mitch Clark at the NRL outfit.

"I played with Mitch in the under-20s at Penrith Panthers and it's good to see how well he is doing here at Bradford," said Moss.

"Hopefully I can settle in just as well as he did and get the crowd behind me as well. The boys here at Bradford are really welcoming and that has made my move here a lot easier."
