ADAM O’Brien remains confident the Bulls can clinch promotion and insists all of their remaining five games are winnable.

Jimmy Lowes’ side face Salford Red Devils at home on Sunday aiming to bounce back from last weekend’s mauling at Wakefield.

Salford have won their opening two games but victory for Bradford would take them level on points with the Super League strugglers.

“It’s definitely still there for us,” said Bulls hooker O’Brien.

“We’ve got five games to go and they are all winnable, so we’ve got to focus week by week.

“There is no giving in because we’ve got the team to go on and win promotion.

“But we’ve got to be on our game every week and we’ve got to be quality every week, in training and on the field.

“We’re looking forward to facing Salford now, so let’s do it.”

O’Brien admitted the Bulls left themselves far too much to do in the first half at Wakefield.

He said: “We went too many points behind and gave ourselves a mountain to climb, but we changed the way we played in the second half and got some points on the board.

“The first half hurt us too much so it’s about starting big against Salford. We will have a massive backing behind us at Odsal and we need to perform.”

Lee Gaskell and Matt Ryan have trained this week following the injuries they sustained at Wakefield and the Bulls say they are hopeful the pair will be passed fit for this weekend.
