Adam Sidlow is excited at the prospect of facing his former club tonight as the Bulls go in search of a vital victory against Salford Red Devils.

The fit-again prop and captain Matt Diskin looked set for lengthy spells on the sidelines after being struck down by ankle and calf injuries respectively during last month’s defeat at Hull KR.

But Sidlow, Diskin and Lee Gaskell are all set to be passed fit to feature this evening, giving coach Francis Cummins a major boost.

Sidlow said: “It was originally thought it could have been a fracture or ligament damage but it was neither of those.

“I had ruptured one of my lateral ligaments but it’s not one of the major ones so I can play on it.

“We’ve got a few bodies back with five props in the squad so it’s a luxury but that’s what we want – competition for places – and I’m looking forward to it.

“I was speaking to Adam Henry out on the training field this week about the increased competition and it felt really different.

“We were crisp with our skills and it’s great to have that intensity so people know that their positions are not safe because players are coming back.”

Iestyn Harris takes charge of his first game tonight following the removal of Brian Noble as head coach.

Sidlow, who joined Bradford from Salford ahead of the 2013 campaign, added: “Coaches change and they’ve got their own opinions on players.

“What has happened with Nobby can definitely have an effect on Salford’s players, both positive and negative, but it’s all about us and what we do.”

The bookies have the handicap at -10 to Salford so he's only saying what the bookies are thinking.
I'll have a £5 on a Bradford double tonight which is fairly unlikely, it's coming in at 20/1.

Yes he is a very disturbed person. Probably very lonely and out of work. He needs help.

This is Bulls best chance of a win with the nightmare run coming up, new manager/coach at Salford leaves them as an unknown and the Bulls being secure for the first time is years hopefully will add some positivity to the whole club.
Rotherham have blown the chance of automatic promotion losing to a half strength Sheff utd on Tues and maybe looking to ensure all are rested and fit for the upcoming play off campaign. City have nothing to play for and do well when no pressure is on them as was seen at Leyton Orient. Fingers crossed.

The phrase " wrap up " means shut th' gob, cake hole, in your case a@@e hole. As all you come out with is s@@t. Day in, day out.

As to my skills the forerunner to the DWP, found mine very usefull. As to not working, I retired some while ago, not that's any of your business.

Back, to something you don't know about. The Bulls need to hit, Chase, Morley and Hock hard first tackle, knock them off their game and wind them up, we know how volatile all three can be. The Bulls pack " boss " the Salford 6. They, Salford can't play without the ball.

COYB, Onwards and Upwards.
