FOWLER Jack On March 28, 2013, peacefully in hospital, of Clayton, aged 86 years. The much loved husband of 67 years of Kathleen, dearly loved dad of Maureen, Jacqueline and Geraldine, a proud and dearly loved grandad and great-grandad. He was loved by all his family. Funeral service and cremation will take place at Scholemoor Crematorium, on Friday, April 12, at 3.20p.m. Will friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired may be made to the British Heart Foundation, a plate will be available at the service for this purpose.
