Pepper exits Valley Parade

Comments (72)City are looking for a new youth-team manager after Jon Pepper last night left the club by mutual consent.
Pepper, pictured, was brought to Valley Parade by Nicky Law in 2002, initially as youth-development officer.
A club statement said: "Jon leaves with our best wishes and we thank him for his help and hard work in his time with us."

I think Jon Pepper has spent six years in the same job. He wants to do something different. Nowadays you need to change your job regularly to boost your career. Football coaching is no different. I say so long and thanks for all the kids!

However if you have anything to offer and the way you go on and on, would suggest that you think you do, then I (and I guess a lot of other posters) invite you to clarify the following:-
What is the miraculous plan you have to turn the fortunes of the Club around. Respond giving a clear financial strategy based on sound economics with projections based on different variable outcomes (I have seen you telling Building Societys how to run their affairs). Then clarify who should manage the Club, both playing and support staff. Which players you deem fit and affordable to take the Club forward. Perhaps you could produce sketches of the new kit you think we should play in. Comment on issues such as drinks/beverages/sna
cks being sold. Where do you think the away fans should be located? What would your stewarding policy be?
Finally what price do you think the fans should be charged to purchase season tickets? Come up with comparable figures for Man U, L**ds, Hudds Town, Oldham, Rochdale, Halifax, Farsley, Harrogate Town, and demonstrate which model would be best suited. Until you can come up with something reasonable, The as ever please press the delete button before you post.
