A giant Bantams’ shirt which has been signed by thousands of fans across the district has been handed over to a supporters’ group to take to the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.

Staff at the Co-operative, which produced the 20 by 20 metre claret and amber shirt, passed it on to members of Friends of Bradford City at Valley Parade last night in preparation for the Wembley clash against Swansea.

The shirt, and two smaller ones, have been taken around the district, making stops at the Telegraph & Argus, the Kirkgate Centre and City Hall, as well as schools and businesses, so Bradford City fans could sign their good luck messages.
