PP certainly holds grudges against some and has undoubted favourites.

Syers not agreeing a contract perhaps gives the clue as to why he hardly ever starts a game now. We may lose a player of star quality because of this,

Mitchell is considered too light weight but has NEVER let the club down and has never been given a real chnace.

Faagan is played when he cannot beat a man, rarely gets decent crosses in:his corner and free kick ratio to gaols scored from thse is abysmal.

If Mitchell is lightweieght waht is Atkinson?

THERE ARE BIG PRBLEMS AT CITY LET THERE BE NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT
Lot of silly over reactions as usual.

Dunno what happened with Stewart on twitter but Syers has already said it was a mix up and he has spoke with PP. If he turned down a new deal it clearly shows PP wants him, but he has also played pretty poor and had a lot of injuries this year.

Sad to lose Fagan, but wages were probably too high and he wanted to go home. Some people just refused to notice the good he could do. Yes he did have some bad games, but also was out of position almost every one of them. He looked very good at Barnet as a striker.

And i can't imagine he will go through with the Atkinson deal now.
Before joining City, Fagan was regularly selected as a winger. I understand he prefers to play as a striker, but City didn't play him out of position, relative to his previous career."

Flynn and Fagan leaving Bradford City

Michael Flynn and Craig Fagan have played their last games for City.

The club this afternoon announced that Flynn and Chris Mitchell have agreed to cancel their contracts and Fagan is in the process of doing so.

Flynn, who joined in August 2009, played 104 games and scored 14 goals.

Fagan netted eight in 35 games after joining in September - the third time he had teamed up with Phil Parkinson.

Mitchell, signed last summer from Falkirk, scored once in 16 appearances. He had not played since the JPT defeat at Oldham in December.
