City have been tipped to be a real promotion force next season.
The praise comes from Cheltenham boss Mark Yates as his sixth-placed side look to book their play-off status at Whaddon Road on Saturday.
Yates believes opposite number Phil Parkinson will build a team to be reckoned with.
He said: “I think Bradford will be one for next season – I really do.
“Phil came in when things weren’t going well but he has got good pedigree and they will do a fantastic job next season.
“They have players that can hurt us but we will need to manage that.”
City are looking to win three in a row and Parkinson is glad to be playing a “live” game.
He said: “It’s good that there will be a lot resting on it. Sometimes you play mid-table teams and it can have that end of season feel. It certainly won’t be that and we’re going to have to be strong.
“Oxford and Crewe have closed the gap on Cheltenham and will be urging us on. We owe it to those teams to put in a good performance as much as for ourselves.”
