If rumours are to believed, it appears one of our joint chairman has again fallen out with the manager (as he allegedly did early in McCall's reign), with Taylor apparently telling said joint chairman to sack him...but it'll cost the club £250k.
There's a pattern begining to emerge here...with one common denominator...our joint chairman!

Youir right Taylor about Saturday been better and more chances been created etc etc.

Having been a season ticket holder at BCFC since Roy McFarland was manager many moons ago, I am just as equally frustrated by what is occuring down at VP right now as everyone else!
BUT, and it is a big BUT........!!!
During this time I have never once chosen to boo anyone wearing the claret and amber of BCFC!
Yes, as a supporter you can get annoyed with players, managers and even chairmen for various decisions and goings on!
But when people boo amongst a crowd, it is like a complaint from someone with no bottle!
Anyone can stand amongst a crowd and boo, but how many would have the balls to stand on there own in front of PT and Tommy Doherty right now and boo them????
I bet you could count on 1 hand the amount who would!
Any experienced person in any walk of life can make more accurate judgements about people the older and wiser they become!
PT has been there and done it at all levels in football and as each week goes by, he must think more and more about what an absolute bunch of spineless t-o-s-s-e-r-s BCFC supporters are when they boo!!!
Never mind using CCTV to ban hooligans, use it to ban people booing, because they are not supporting!
PT is the man who can get this club promoted and i'm amazed at the lack of support he is getting from what I use to think were a pretty decent and loyal bunch of fans!
The amount of narrowminded supporters at BCFC who don't understand the game is gob-smacking!
After only 5 games of the season, people are doubting a man with such a fantastic promotion record!

I never named the "joint chairman" I was talking about....perhaps your comments mean you've heard the same rumours and made the same observations(?).
I don't doubt the debt the club owe to Mr Lawn, but someone appears to be undermining the teams progress by falling out with a succession of managers. Perhaps this inabilty to get along with people is also putting off potential outside investment that a number of less fashionable clubs than ourselves seem able to attract.

the bottom line is that without Lawn's money we would be dead in the water.:however he is now in a difficult position as he cannot effectively withdraw his money as that would put us into administration and he would get virtually nothing back.

Thus if the allegations are true that director and director and director and manager are not talking to each other we are akin to the Titanic:no leadership leading to inevitable destruction.

If we are going to play 4-4-2 then we need to sign at least another winger.

At the moment we've only got Daley, who is struggling for form after his long term injury, and Osborne, who I view as only a squad player, as our only out and out wingers.

While O'Brien has done ok on the left, he is hardly going to consistently beat his man as he is essentially a full back, and Evans certainly isn't a winger.

We need someone who can get round the back of teams and stretch them.

Is it worth having another look at Simon Whalley or what about making an offer for Andy Robinson, as he isn't getting a look-in at L33ds? Both proper wingers and capable if delivering a decent ball into the box. Yes, I know Whaley was a little hit-and-miss in his first spell, but look at what he did for Rochdale before he joined us.

As for Robinson, I know he is a L33ds player, but he is still a decent footballer. He was loaned at to Tranmere last season and told he doesn't have a future at Bellend Road. Worth a punt?

I think Robinson's a good player, and am surprised he hasn't made it at Leeds, but to me he is more of a right midfielder than a winger.

He would though be a welcome addition, but I very much doubt we could afford his wages, or that he would be prepared to drop down to League 2.

Whalley looked to have the ability, but I wasn't that impressed with his attitude, as he didn't play like someone who was about to be out of contract.
