CITY will kick off next season at home to newly-promoted Blackpool.
The Tangerines will visit Valley Parade on August 5 after winning promotion back to League One thanks to a 2-1 win over Exeter in the play-off final last month.
The Bantams' first away trip is to Gillingham the following week before an attractive home clash with relegated Blackburn.
City are at home on Boxing Day against Peterborough in a packed Christmas schedule which sees them play four games in ten days, ending with a New Year's Day trip to Fleetwood.
Stuart McCall's men will end the campaign with a trip to last season's play-off rivals Scunthorpe.
