Simon Hooper sends off Stephen Darby at Valley Parade in 2014
SIMON Hooper will referee the League One play-off final between City and Millwall.
Hooper, who has mainly officiated at Championship level this season, has previous experience of Wembley finals.
He took charge of the League Two showpiece in 2015 when Southend beat Wycombe on penalties.
Hooper, from Swindon, last refereed City in October 2014 - and sent off Stephen Darby against Sheffield United at Valley Parade.
He will be assisted at Wembley by Nick Hopton and Neil Davies. Chris Kavanagh is the fourth official.
