A DEDICATED group of Bradford City fans braved plunging overnight temperatures to to secure their ticket for the club’s crucial play-off clash tomorrow night.

Some of the keener supporters began queuing outside the Valley Parade ticket office at the final whistle of the Bantams’ 1-0 victory over Fleetwood Town in the League One play-off semi-final first leg clash on Thursday night.

But City have only been allocated around 700 tickets for the second tie at the Lancashire seaside tomorrow.

The fans who queued up brought their own sleeping bags and were fed and watered with a mixture of curries, takeaways and beer.

He said: “I set off to queue up when the board went up for added time at the end of the match.

“We have been sleeping and eating since during the night.”

“We had a crate of beer that froze up, it was that cold. We had a campsite set up here.”
