CITY might be playing MK Dons at the right time – because they are only going to get stronger.

That is the view of long-serving boss Karl Robinson, who is backing the relegated side to strengthen further before the end of the transfer window.

"We will get better and to me, that's the most important thing," said Robinson ahead of tonight's clash.

"I still believe we'll make two more signings and there are three players who we'll get back fit in Ben Reeves, Samir Carruthers and Chuks Aneke.

"We've got five top players to add to this team, so we have got a long way to go. We are a top team at this level and hopefully we can be a successful team."

Robinson reckons the Dons have done "clever business" to snap up Kieran Agard, who began with a bang by scoring twice against Millwall on Saturday.

The former Bristol City forward is not daunted at becoming the club's record signing.

Agard said: "The fee is nothing to do with me. I'm just here to score goals.

"We're all ambitious in the changing room and hopefully I can bring some of that success here. Everyone has been magnificent for helping me to settle in.

"We take great confidence from the Millwall game into Bradford and hopefully we can get the result that we want."
