Timothee Dieng, seen tussling with Jon Stead against City, has signed a two-year deal
TIMOTHEE Dieng has joined City on a two-year deal after impressing Stuart McCall while on trial.
The French free agent becomes the fourth signing of the summer and will add versatility to the squad.
Dieng, 24, impressed in Saturday’s opening friendly at Guiseley when he played the full 90 minutes – the first half in centre midfield and the second in defence.
McCall indicated afterwards that he would be keen to hang on to the 6ft 2in utility player, who made 68 appearances in the last two seasons for Oldham.
