CITY'S takeover has been completed and will be announced on Tuesday.
The German-based investors Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp are expected to be in charge at Valley Parade by the end of the week.
Rahic is set to meet staff and management in the few days once he has arrived in England to mark the beginning of the new era.
Current joint-chairmen Julian Rhodes and Mark Lawn will step aside as part of the deal.
A club statement said: "Bradford City can confirm that the club has been sold to two German investors. There will be no further statement until Tuesday."
There will be an exclusive interview with Rahic in the Telegraph & Argus later in the week.
