INJURED striker Billy Clarke could be training again with City by the end of next month.

The Irishman, out of action since August 15 with knee ligament damage, has now had the brace removed and is on course to make a full recovery.

Boss Phil Parkinson said: "He had his five-week appointment with specialist Steve Bollen, who is very pleased with how the ligaments have settled down.

"As long as it continues to progress well, he could be back in full training in five weeks which will be a great boost for us."
