This might sound strange, especially after support BCFC for the last 40 yrs, but I truly believe that we will go out this evening. 2-0 victory for Villa is enough (albeit aet). I so hope I am wrong, but i think our time is up. But what a tremendous and emotional experience this competition has been for thousands of people. I won't forget it for as long as I have a memory.
The biggest game in our history? Yes!
The most important game in our history? No! The most important for me are the remaining 19 games or so that we have in the league. Let our cup run be the catalyst for promotion and bigger and better things!

People keep quoting the fact that Rochdale were the only 4th tier team to ever get to the final (in 1962), however not all the clubs in the league entered the competition in the 61-62 season, so if city get to the final it will truely be a first

And Lambert can do one, our announcer may have been a bit OTT in that comment but we haven't used the semi as a ploy to sell half-season tickets with a GUARANTEED Wembley ticket....if anyone showed disrespect it was Villa. At least we waited til lwe buried them once before announcing their death. Let's finish the job however we have to tonight.

Regardless of the outcome ( Paddy Power have us as favourites ! ) a big thank you for all concerned at BCFC for giving us all wonderfull memories and with the chance of more to come.
Anything could happen tonight, Lambert appears worried to me - he has even brought Ireland back into the team - and may have heard the rumours that Di Matteo has already agreed to be the next manager of AVFC when PL is ousted.
The very best of luck to the lads tonight
continue to do your best, enjoy the experience and have more good memories of our cup run that will stay with you forever.

Am now trying to find flights so I can come back home to watch the best team in the world at Wembley in a major cup final. After supporting city for 30 years I am still in shock that we have made it but I have been walking round with the biggest smile on my face all morning. Well done to everybody at the club & I hope every city fan enjoys & cherishes this moment as it is well deserved after all the grim years. Come on City. Wembley here we come!!

    Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesss
sss!!!!!!!! Season ticket holder for last 25 years [other than a 5 year period when I was a club employee and I watched all games for free lol]. Was there as a youngster in the nearly season of 88, was there for the glory years of the 90's [Kammy taking us to Wembley, Jewell taking us to the Premier etc], was there during the massive downs of the 00's [ 2 admins, relegations etc]. So in 25 years it's been incredible in terms of ups and downs. But tonight just beats all of that. Someone asked me today if I had to choose between getting to the cup final and getting promotion which would I choose. I know this isnt going to be a popular answer but I answered I would choose the cup final every time. The reason for my answer? A club like ours is only likely to get to a cup final of this standing maybe every 100 years - the stats back that up. So once in a lifetime for all of us. Promotions and relegations are part and parcel of football and we will see this as fans many times during our lifetime. So yes this is the greatest achievement in our history other than the 1911 FA Cup win. Every player in our squad has played their part and should be so proud! BCAFC FOREVER!!!!!!! :)
