Yorkshire County Cricket Club are taking on a Horsforth Cricket Club XI on Monday on the third-generation artificial pitch at Leeds Trinity University College (8pm).

The county side are set to include skipper Andrew Gale, Adam Lyth, Iain Wardlaw, Liam Plunkett, Rich Pyrah and Anthony McGrath, while Horsforth’s team should feature City legends Dean Windass, Wayne Jacobs and Jamie Lawrence, plus former Leeds and Burnley player Peter Mumby.

There will also be a raffle on the night for Horsforth’s club funds.
