City get ready to hit the motorways of England next week for their southern tour of Exeter and Bournemouth.
The travelling will be a chore but I can’t see anyone kicking up too big a stink.
Not like Neil Warnock, who is spitting feathers about Crystal Palace’s forthcoming schedule. In the space of six days, they face away trips to Burnley, Swansea and Barnsley – a total distance of 1,256 miles.
Warnock, never one to labour a point, has invited the fixtures official at the Football League to travel with them all expenses paid. Surprisingly enough, his kind offer has so far not been accepted.
Neil Warnock – you’ve gotta love him. Haven’t you?
