Ringing in the Olympic Games in fine style...
Oakworth Primary School pupils gather in their playground in an Olympic rings formation, marking the spectacular culmination of an action-packed fortnight of activities on a Games theme.
The children were joined at their closing ceremony by Margaret Cook, who was an Olympic torchbearer in Ilkley as it did the rounds of the country before the London events.
A school spokesman said: “It was a fitting end to the topic and year, bringing the whole school together to celebrate this memorable occasion.”
