Every little helps for Westwood Park

Westwood Park Cricket Club are £200 better off thanks to a sponsorship donation by Tesco in Queensbury.

The money will help the club restart their junior section and go towards providing training and coaching aids.

This is the latest donation to social groups in the Queensbury area by Tesco under their Community Champion Scheme, started when the store opened in November 2010.

Other past beneficiaries from cash donations include three local Primary Schools and Queensbury Juniors rugby league team.
