PRINCE Henry's Grammar School's under-15 rugby union team are through to their Yorkshire Cup final.

They defeated Crossley Heath School 40-5 in the semi-finals to book a place in the showdown on Saturday, March 21.

Area PE leader Dean Hyam, who coaches the side, said: "From one to 20, the lads were outstanding. They showed that 'Henry's 'til I die' spirit which will hopefully take them through to win the cup.

"We have a lot of hard work ahead of us but, with the sort of team spirit and culture we have now created, we can look forward to the final."

Meanwhile, Sam Allen and Max Wright – two of the schools AASE rugby students – have been picked for the England under-18 squad.
