Challenge College students got the better of an illustrious International XI in a ten-over match today.
Pakistan’s Junaid Khan and Sarfraz Ahmed were among the guest side of professionals that visited the Bradford school in a fun match to help celebrate the opening of the Oasis Lister Park Academy in September.
It turned out to be a great day for the students, who hit eight off their last over to chase down their opponents’ total of 99.
Organiser Mahesh Patel, who played for the international side, said: “It was a really great occasion and the students loved it.”
