Matthew Grimshaw, playing off a 19 handicap, won the Rabbits Captain’s Day trophy at Horsforth with a stableford score of 42 points.
There was also a prize for the best junior score of 37 carded by Greg Jennings off 12 as rabbits captain John Bland was blessed with sunny weather after days of heavy rain.
Division One: 1 John Shaw (5hcp) 39pts, 2 Richard Potter (8) 38, 3 John Ennis (12) 37; Division Two: 1 Matthew Grimshaw (19) 42, 2 Tom Miller (17) 39, 3 Tomas La Dell (23) 38.
