Avenue's Richard Marshall and Nicky Boshell battle for possession against Avenue's play-off opponents Hednesford Town
Bradford Park Avenue will face Hednesford Town in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division play-off semi-finals after Northwich Victoria lost their appeal against the Football Association today.
Northwich, who had finished second, were kicked out of the top flight because of financial irregularities.
Avenue therefore moved up a spot to third and will now host Hednesford not Chorley at Horsfall Stadium on Saturday.
