Bradford Park Avenue reserves boss Mick Couzens collected the East Division champions trophy at the Lancashire League annual meeting.
The meeting, held at the Lancashire FA headquarters in Leyland, also saw Silsden reserves and Eccleshill United reserves formally accepted into the league.
Competitive matches are due to begin during the week commencing Monday, August 10.
Meanwhile, Avenue have received a bye in the preliminary round of the FA Youth Cup, which sees Farsley Celtic paired with Eccleshill.
Avenue then host Thackley in the first qualifying round, while Liversedge face Ossett Town. The winners of these ties will then meet in the second qualifying round.
