BRADFORD Park Avenue will visit fellow Vanarama National League North side Southport in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup.

Avenue, who were beaten 2-1 at home to Southport earlier this season, entered the competition in today's draw along with the rest of the sixth tier.

Their opponents are currently eight places above them in the league, climbing to third after a 2-0 win over Darlington at the weekend, but two of Avenue's three wins this season have come on the road.

ALBION SPORTS will hope to make it four wins in a row in the competition as they welcome Ashton Athletic.

Albion have seen off Nelson, Newton Aycliffe and Barnsoldwick Town to reach the second qualifying round, with all three of those ties also being played at home.

Ashton, of the Hallmark Security League's Premier Division, will be hoping to achieve the same feat and have also won away on their FA Cup run so far, earning a 4-0 victory at Squires Gate in the opening extra preliminary round.

Meanwhile, LIVERSEDGE will visit Scarborough Athletic of Evo-Stik League Division |One North if they overcome Sunderland RCA in tomorrow's replay, following a goalless draw in the north-east at the weekend.

Victory for the hosts would be their second in a replay already in this season's competition, as they defeated Armthorpe Welfare 5-3 at the second time of asking in the opening round.

All ties will be played across the weekend of Saturday, September 16.
