The club's Annual Awards took place at the Christmas party on December 5th at Baildon Golf Club, and were as follows:

Winner of the Summer Championship shield:

Steve Pickard - 108 points

Premier Division

1st Steve Pickard - 108 points

2nd Quentin Lewis - 87 points

3rd Philip Jones - 78 points

First Division

1st Jim Goddard - 90 points

2nd Bob Shimmin - 88 points

3rd Edward East - 79 points

The following 12 members received an engraved trophy for completing 6 races:

Diana Campbell, Liz Caven, John Cawley, Karen Dutson Bromley, Neil Fairburn, Carolyn Hargreaves, Denise Johnson, Lorne McNeill, David Noble, Jim Parrish, Geoff Perigo and Neil Russell.

Off Road League

1st Male: John Buddle - 75 points

1st Female: Linda Carey - 73 points

The following 3 members received an engraved trophy for completing 6 races:

Liz Boothman, John Crabtree and Philip Jones.

Outstanding Performance of the Year:

Emma Hinkles for the Windermere Marathon in May in a time of 3:45:33, and in June the Wharfedale Off Road Half Marathon, when Emma finished 3rd female in a time of 2:07:00. Both events are harder than the average race.

Most Improved Runner:

Geoff Perigo following his regular attendance on both Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dave Turpin Club Member Award:

This goes to someone in the club who has made an outstanding contribution to the progress of the club. This year the award went to Debra Kaznowski for her contribution to the club over many years. Debra is the person we all rely on to organise the social events, and she is kept busy throughout the year. Debra organises the food rota on Thursday evenings, the monthly lottery draw, the Dales Trip and the Christmas Party.
