At the club's forthcoming Christmas party (Friday, December 5, at Baildon Golf Club) members will be voting for the Dave Turpin Club Member Award. This goes to a member who has made an outstanding contribution to the club.

It’s an unwritten rule that this is a unique award in that it only goes to somebody on one occasion. So that voters don’t ‘waste’ their vote, the past winners of the trophy are:

2004: John Cawley

2007: Sue Coates

Members should email their vote to Jenny Soper by the end of November.
