Bingley Harriers' men's team regained the British Fell Relay title with a close victory over local rivals Pudsey & Bramley in North Wales on Sunday.
Jonny Brownlee finished 3rd on the opening leg, Andy Peace and Matthew Whitfield moved Bingley into the lead on the 2nd leg with the 3rd fastest time on the leg, while Ian Holmes and Rob Jebb stayed ahead on the navigation leg with 7th fastest time.
Triathlete, Alistair Brownlee, brought Bingley home despite being chased down by P&B. Alistair was 3rd fastest on the last leg. But the final gap was just 25 seconds after three-and-a-half hours of racing.
To round off a great day, Bingley also claimed the women's title.
