Yorkshire Division Four Premier: Stanley Rodillians 0 Wibsey 24

WIBSEY, beaten 100-0 at Stanley Rodillians four seasons ago when they only travelled with 12 players, nilled their opponents to make a succesful start to their Yorkshire Division Four Premier campaign.

Fielding a strong pack and a young set of backs, Wibsey managed tries by Ryan Goldsborough in the ninth minute and Brad Wright in the 34th minute when the visitors only had 13 players and Rodillians 14.

That was as a result of a brawl in which James Sawyer and Michael Kite were sin-binned for Wibsey.

Leading 12-0 at the break, the Villagers added tries by Kyle Carter in the 63rd minute and man of the match Kite four minutes later, with Wright converting Kite's try.

Wibsey are without a game this weekend, but are eyeing the second promotion spot as they prepare to face Ossett at home on Saturday, March 3.
