WIBSEY, who are averaging over 31 points per game as they cut a swathe through Yorkshire Division Five, start their bid for a double on Saturday when they are at Stanley Rodillians in the Yorkshire Five Vase.
The competition is, as its name suggests, for clubs in the 11th tier, plus those from Yorkshire Division Four who have been beaten in the first round of the Yorkshire Silver Trophy, which is where Rodillians come in.
An extra incentive for Wibsey is that the new trophy bears the name of one of their life members in Keith Dyas, who has done so much for Yorkshire cup competitions and youth rugby over the years.
Wibsey have six out, chiefly due to work commitments, but have Ryan Taylor available from Army duty in their squad of 21.
Wibsey (at Stanley Rodillians) from: R Taylor, A Rose, J Brown, S Birkbeck, M Grimes, D Wilkinson, C Farley, J Nall, S Foulds, D Hartley, M Kite, R Hall, K Carter, J Sawyer, E Gray, C Clough, A Armitage, L Wilson, B Wright, J Rodgers, B Mpofu.
