Yorkshire Division Five: Wibsey 20 Knaresborough 7
WIBSEY, playing their first home game of the season, made it three wins out of three, despite going behind to a converted try in the second minute.
James Brown got the hosts on the board with a try, and they went ahead with a try by back-rower Chris Farley, with Brad Wright adding a penalty.
Wibsey, who survived the sin-binning of Chris Clough, then wrapped up victory with a late try by replacement Bruce Mpofu that Wright converted.
Blind-side flanker Jon Nall won the man-of-the-match award, edging out Farley and props Danny Carr and Dan Hartley.
Wibsey are joint top with Mosborough on 14 points but lead the way on points difference by seven.
