Injured Baildon player is out of hospital

Baildon back-rower Tom Crane, who suffered a neck injury in their Boxing Day defeat at Bradford Salem, has been released from Bradford Royal Infirmary.

Baildon’s rugby chairman Andy Whitley said: “Although I don’t know the exact details of how Tom is, it is obviously good news that he has been sent home after having his CT scan.”

Crane, who has been hospitalised three times in the past year, was injured when he was cleared out of a ruck.
